Pt ca suntem pe net, si pe aici ajung diversi butonatori (unii dintre ei de la munca), hai sa va invat niste chestii despre ce drepturi aveti.

Adica daca tot frecati menta pe net, sa va fie cu folos macar .

Asadar, dragelor si dragilor, daca cumva va lipseste cate ceva din cele mentionate mai jos, apucati-va patronii / sefii de oo (cu sensul de „a strange”, nu „a mangaia”) ca sa va furnizeze tot ce trebuie.

Urmatoarele sunt extrase din Directiva Europeana 90/270 on VDU-Work (mentionez ca e vorba de cerintele MINIME).

p.s. Directivele europene sunt OBLIGATORII pentru statul roman, daca tot ne-au varat in UE.

* The screen shall be free of reflective glare and reflections liable to cause discomfort to the user.

Daca va bate soarele in monitor, dati-i in gura sa va cumpere jaluzele, sau sa schimbe pozitia monitorului / biroului.

* The space in front of the keyboard shall be sufficient to provide support for the hands and arms of the operator.

Adica tre sa aveti loc sa va intindeti labele pe masa, si sa mai ramana spatiu si pt tastatura.

* The symbols on the keys shall be adequately contrasted and legible from the design working position.

Daca tastatura e de-o varsta cu Noe, si tre sa tastezi „blind”, tre sa v-o inlocuiasca cu una buna (nu musai si noua ).

* The seat shall be adjustable in height. The seat back shall be adjustable in both height and tilt. A footrest shall be made available to any one who wishes for one.

Adica scaunul tre sa fie de inaltime ajustabila, spatarul sa poate fi rotit si inaltat. Si daca chiar aveti fitze in cap, sau sunteti insarcinati, puteti sa cereti si un suport pt picioare (atentie, PENTRU picioare, nu INTRE).

* Software must be suitable for the task;

Daca va pune sa deseneti o casa in Word, de exemplu, puteti sa ii aratati degetu.

1. Employers shall be obliged to perform an analysis of workstations in order to evaluate the safety and health conditions to which they give rise for their workers, particularly as regards possible risks to eyesight, physical problems and problems of mental stress.
2. Employers shall take appropriate measures to remedy the risks found, on the basis of the evaluation referred to in paragraph 1, taking account of the additional and/or combined effects of the risks so found.

1. Adica angajatorul e OBLIGAT sa faca o analiza a postului de lucru (adica biroului) prin care sa evalueze riscurile dpdv al sanatarii si sigurantei angajatului (in special vazul, problemele fizice si de stres).
2. Nu doar ca tre sa descopere care sunt riscurile, da tre sa ia si masuri pt a le remedia.

* Every worker shall also receive training in use of the workstation before commencing this type of work and whenever the organization of the workstation is substantially modified.

Adica tre sa fiti trainuiti cum sa folositi calc (de la ce buton se da drumu, cum intri pe porn etc), biroul, aparatul de cafea, ceasca la fiecare job nou, dar si de fiecare data cand apar schimbari substantiale.

Asta e tare, asa ca beliti ochii:

* The employer must plan the worker’s activities in such a way that daily work on a display screen is periodically interrupted by breaks or changes of activity reducing the workload at the display screen.

Adica stapanu de negri pe plantatie tre sa planifice activitatile astfel incat sa aveti pauze periodice, sau sa va mai dea si altceva de facut, in afara de butonat la calc. O matura, de exemplu, un fleostoc, etc.

1. Workers shall be entitled to an appropriate eye and eyesight test carried out by a person with the necessary capabilities:
– before commencing display screen work,
– at regular intervals thereafter, and
– if they experience visual difficulties which may be due to display screen work.

2. Workers shall be entitled to an ophthalmological examination if the result of the test referred to in paragraph 1 show that this is necessary.

3. If the results of the test referred to in paragraph 1 or of the examination referred to in paragraph 2 show that it is necessary and if normal corrective appliances cannot be used, workers must be provided with special corrective appliances appropriate for the work concerned.

4. Measures taken pursuant to this Article may in no circumstances involve workers in additional financial cost.

Pe scurt, angajatoru tre sa va acorde (daca cereti) o test vizual (sustinut de o persoana CALIFICATA) inainte de a incepe sa lucrati la calc, periodic, si daca raportati probleme cu vederea care AR PUTEA fi generate de lucrul la calc. Daca in urma testarii reiese ca e necesar un examen oftalmologic, tre sa beneficiati si de ala.

Si in final, daca v-ati bulit ochii de la calc, tre sa va cumpere ochelari. N-au voie sa va ceara banii pe ei.

Asa ca, so pe ei.!
